YOUR PRIVACY- PAYMENTS

•LK Gallery is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe method of commerce.

•We do not share or sell any personal or financial information gathered during the ordering process except as required by law. All information gathered is used strictly for  the purpose of processing your order.

•We do not share our Newsletter List with any other entities.

•LK Gallery accepts payment by PayPal. You do not have to be a member to use your credit card on this secure portal. To pay by check, please call LK Gallery at 863-385-2398, or email: kegley2@comcast.net and your order will be processed manually. Check must clear our bank before order can be finalized.

•Billing of graphic arts and websites will be sent through PayPal, or e-mailed Invoice which can be paid by check.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

•LK Gallery currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. (We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.) Free Shipping on Marco Polo is for continental U.S. shipments only. Additional fees will apply to other destinations.

•All shipments of artwork are insured during transit from LK Gallery to the recipient.

•Signature is required for orders over $250 unless requested by customer to be left without a signature.

•Most items are shipped via UPS ground service, so that a tracking number is available. For rush delivery of Marco Polo items, the difference between ground and premium rates will be billed to the customer separately.

•Shipping & handling costs of large pieces, and funky furniture are added to the price of offered works and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will hold a one-of-a-kind item until we can get a firm cost of total crating and shipping back to our customer.


DAMAGED SHIPMENT(S)

•If an order arrives damaged, please call LK Gallery immediately at 1-863-385-2398, or email kegley2@comcast.net  Please keep the package and all packing materials until you receive return instructions.

•LK Gallery will not be liable for failure of the purchaser to follow the damage claim process.


RETURNS

•Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt if item(s) are returned in their original condition.
 
•We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase, and will work with you to make you happy.

•To initiate a return, call LK Gallery at 1-863-385-2398 within 3 days of receipt of the work.

•Return shipping must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.

•Return shipping and insurance coverage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

•Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
 
•Items must be returned in the original packaging and insured for the full value of the work.

Use of our website constitutes acknowledgement and agreement with the policies and terms as stated above.
