| From Artist Lisa Richey: Many years ago I stepped out of a long banking career, due to the adventures of multiple sclerosis. This is NOT a sad tale. On the contrary, it's when I discovered my brain had a right side. That's when I began donating my handmade greeting cards and journals to some of the places where I
used to donate money. To my surprise and joy, people started contacting me
to buy my goodies. Since I can only work 10-12 hours a week, I have
helpers to stuff cards/envelopes & put goodies in plastic sleeves AND help
keep to great mojo happening here.Although Cheap Therapy is now in more than 500 galleries and shops across the U.S., I still consider this a small business. More important, I consider those of you who offer Cheap Therapy my partners in this glorious process. It's vital to me that we work together to offer our customers what they want. And I love to imagine who'll end up with each piece. Cheap Therapy was one of the first vendors I chose
for the Gallery, and she was always a "best seller." I have
listed a few favorites here.
